Complaints Procedure

Any complaints should be recorded immediately.

1) Report any complaint to Helen MacGibbon (0141 956 2891)
2) Details will be recorded in the complaints diary
3) Helen will speak to parent/s regarding the complaint
4) Action will be taken within two weeks of the complaint
